We focus on Whittier, California and specifically on six neighborhoods: Mar Vista Heights, Friendly Hills, Michigan Park, College Hills, Hadley Hills, and Uptown Whittier. We also help clients in the surrounding communities when the move connects to one of those areas.
?Do I work with Marti or with Elena?
You work with the team. Marti leads strategy, pricing, and negotiation, drawing on more than thirty years in this market. Elena leads buyer representation and off-market search. Alyson handles marketing and Claudia handles the transaction file, so nothing gets dropped between people.

Buyer representation compensation is negotiable and is set out in a written buyer representation agreement before we tour homes, as California now requires. We walk you through exactly how it works, what the seller may or may not be offering, and what your out-of-pocket exposure would be, before you sign anything.
